Help. I’ve cleaned the machine this morning but I can’t seem to get the brewing bit back into the carcuss. It’s like something has moved and it’s sticking. I’ve cleaned everything out properly after reading comments about coffee sludge but still not going back. Help ?
Not sure if this is related but the finished coffee grinds bit started to become soaking wet as if water was leaking into it (where the coffee grinds go after it’s brewed).

It happens to mine before, I just put some food-grade lubricant on the rotary gear?

You can push both buttons on the left with the brew group out and it will reset the wheel for you so that you can return the brew group
