Siemens TE657F03DE EQ.6 plus extraklasse

I have of Siemens TE657F03DE EQ.6 plus extra class, in the Fust branch tried an espresso and found the coffee so good.
Only it is so difficult with the serial number. When I search it on the internet it is always a different one and it makes such a mess.
Can anyone tell me if this fully automatic machine is a good quality?
Would like to try the different ones and have more information.
Does anyone know a good shop in the canton of Zurich where you can try out the various Siemens and Jura machines and get good advice?
