Bosch CTL636 coffee powder in the grounds container

Hello everyone,
I have clicked through the forum before, but haven't found the right result yet.

My Bosch CTL636EB6/04 has been making very watery coffee since yesterday and the painted coffee ends up in the grounds container without any apparent water.
Also around the brewing unit you can find coffee powder.
In the run-up the contents of the grounds container was no longer pressed coffee grounds but rather muddy.
