Brewing unit jammed

Good morning,

My Neff fully automatic machine came back from Neff service on Thursday.

Went to empty the drip pan this morning, the message didn't go away though. Removed from power, multiple times, factory settings, all did nothing.

Then I wanted to take out the brewing unit, but it is not unlockable. It looks like the wiper is stuck above the slide. I don't know, but it doesn't look like it belongs there. The slide is parallel to the wall and the scraper is above it.

Does anyone know advice on how I can get the brewing unit out of there accident free. I've already tried gently pushing back the slide that you can "free" the bracket, but that seems to be quite tight.

Neff is of course not available again until Monday
