Does anyone know a store where you can buy small quantities of different coffees to get an overview?
What I have discovered, for example, are contents such as
- 100% Arabica-
75% Arabica, 25% Robusta (or ratio 60/40)
Then the different growing areas, etc..
Where or how do you get an overview?

I agree with you, there's nothing like a visit to the roaster! 250g packs are really fast and allow you to vary your pleasures.
Especially if you have a bypass on your machine and a grinder next door you can change the type more regularly!
