Melitta Caffeo CI or Delonghi ETAM 36.366MB

Although I usually only drink "normal" coffee and espresso, I would like a machine that also makes cappuccino and latte macciato, and I find the solution with the milk container more appealing than foaming up the milk itself. Water filter and self-cleaning must be in any case also. The device should also not be too voluminous.

Now I came across this: The Mediamarkt has the Melitta Caffeo CI E 970-101 still until tomorrow for € 499, - in the offer. Would fit me quite well so far, although the milk container next to it looks a bit strange. I also like the two bean containers, which are not a must for me, but nice to have.

I also found the Delonghi ETAM 36.366MB (which would cost € 1199,- at Mediamarkt) on the net for € 888,- with € 200,- cashback voucher, so effectively € 688,-. In comparison to the Melitta, the smaller size, the attached milk container and the cup warmer speak in favour of spending almost two hundreds more.

Which device would you experts and professionals recommend to me here?

Small addendum: does anyone know the difference between the ETAM 36.365MB and 36.366MB? I don't find the 366 on the Delonghi page, and in the shops they are actually described immediately.
