My Siemens EQ.9 is clogged. There's no more coffee leaking. The machine has already been decalcified twice. The cleaning tablet does not dissolve during the cleaning program. The machine dispenses hot water. Does Jemens have any advice?

Hello, everyone,

I have the same problem with my EQ.7 S700, it just doesn't buy coffee anymore!

So I cleaned the complete machine + disassembled the brewing unit and greased it with compressed air. I also did the decalcification program with 2 tabs several times... Still no coffee available. The hot water supply works and the selected quantity is correct. After selecting the coffee setting, the grinding process is also started, the pumps seem to be running and water is pumped... but no coffee again.dry.gif
The water from the "brewing process" seems to run directly into the collecting bowl and is also clear, so no brewed coffee runs in here. So the ground coffee has not really been rinsed and ends up as a wet pad crumbled
in the marc container.

Apparently the water is no longer

(18 months ago it was already at the service because of the well-known "brewing unit topic", there it was completely exchanged and the machine was cleaned.

...that there are no solutions, after five years, it's happening to me...
Cleaning is interrupted, the rest of the tablets is
about the size of a lentil...
I can't brew powdered coffee anymore, because the powder ends up unbrewed in the pomace container and
there is
only a thin brew in the front
.
The problems are probably related. Something's stuck
.

Or it is not properly timed (would a software update help?)

My EQ9 S500 had the same problem after about a year.

Hot water was not a problem, but there was no coffee being served and the water for the coffee seemed to go directly in the dripping tray (and partly under the machine ...)

In my case the problem was a blocked pipe on the brewing unit: The little plastic pipe with the black and white flexible tube attached was completely clogged with calcium. After careful declogging with a thin iron wire (the little tube is bent, blockage was after the bend) everything is now working again (you should be able to blow through that pipe/tube)

Our tap water has a high calcium content (needs decalcification program every 2 weeks/ about 200cups) but it seems this is not enough ...
