No sense of drip tray

Eq5 is not sensing the drip tray ?

Hello,

I have a EQ5 and my drip tray is many times not sensed ?

I know there are some magnets to sense the drip tray but how do they work. Maybe there stuck ? I tried all kinds of things but now I can not descale the device because the light of the tray stays ON ? Anyone know a solution ?

Hope to hear from someone who knows or have a thought about is
