A friend has the problem with the error message "Fault Hotline".

I have already found the trick with the access to the service menu by searching the internet. Press the two upper buttons and then switch on the device.

This allows the error to be corrected from time to time, but then it will come back.

Maybe someone has a valuable tip before my girlfriend spends 800,- Euro for a new machine?
