Siemens EQ.6 series 300 - Refill bean error

Refill bean error every 2nd time

I have an EQ 6 series 300
Every time I make a coffee it now says I should refill beans - then if I press again, it will make 1 coffeee.
The machine is not so old and has only made 3500 coffees.
I tried to do the factory reset from the drop down menu - no effect.

Any idea to what I can do (except spend a lot on service visit)?

I have the same error! And it always works if I press start a second time. it's possible that there is some kind of sensor that is malfunctioning. When pressing start again it overides the sensor. Maybe we can find the sensor and clean it or deal with it.
