Hello everyone,

Maybe someone can help me: Since the day before yesterday, the message "Clean brewing unit" also comes regularly with us. Our machine EQ.9 plus connect s500 (TI9558X1DE) was purchased in August 2020, withdrawals so far 671 (coffee) + 188 milk drinks...

First of all the following question: Is the "new" brewing unit installed in our machine or still the old one? The hose seems in any case already properly bent....
