Hello, our coffee machine has the following problem: Under the brew group there is a box where excess ground coffee falls in. This container is supposed to be dry, but it is not anymore. For some reason, after each grind, water comes in with it, so if you don't clean this box daily, a small flood forms under the machine. Is the problem known?
