Moin together,

suddenly the motor no longer works (first very sluggish when switching on the coffee machine, now nothing), plus the display that I should call the service.

Now a general question; is this a known problem?
The machine is just 26 months old.

Monday the machine is picked up, I am now a little speechless.

We have been using fully automatic coffee machines for 20 years (so far in 18 years 2x Saeco, now two years Siemens).
