Our Jura Impressa J5 does not report any more: Empty coffee grounds

In our case the container with coffee grounds is full flat, there even inside the plastic flap in the coffee grounds scrapes.
What to do?
The machine should actually be faultless, since it was at the service 2 weeks before. But she already had the problem before.
Can you set something in the program or can the machine count the consumption with?

Your Jura counts the consumption. When pulling the residual water drawer "thinks" your Jura that the grape marc container was taught, grape marc container should therefore always be taught, even if you only wanted to empty the residual water, for example. So I would test it, pull out the bowl when switched on and empty the grape marc container. Then make a normal cup of coffee, after approx. 16 coffees the message "Empty marc" should come without something already overflowing, if this is not the case, something probably doesn't fit.

have also noticed the problem with our J5, recently the whole container was full and the coffee grounds were already properly pressed in and the first critters are also already rumgeklappelt . I will try this as described here and hope that after 16 references the message comes again. Strange that this problem occurs now only after 2 years approximately.
