Klackern Saeco xelsis Suprema

After 7 years DeLonghi I bought the new Saeco xelsis Suprema. So far all good, only has started after about 10 cups so a clacking. The Saeco professionals may know the noise. Just want to know if this is normal. I made a short video. So from 17s and 1.25 minutes you hear it quite well.

is normal, in my opinion. It's the brew group.

Okay, thanks. I will continue to watch it. There is a test on Youtube, but the two are just chatting, you hear nothing.

You can take the brew group out of the machine and move it up and down by hand. You just have to unlock it on the back.
