Hello,
with our about 4 months old Jura S8 fully automatic coffee machine, we have recently occasionally the following problem:

When adding milk foam suddenly came in the display the message "no signal available". I could only press the message away.
Nevertheless, no milk came out of the switched-on milk cooler.
The only remedy was a complete restart of the machine.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

Is this even the right forum?

Do you have a milk container that is connected to the machine?
Jura Smart Connect module in the machine?
