Empty coffee grounds holder

Hello, since this morning my machine no longer recognizes the United coffee grounds holder and drain. Can also not recognize within what could be defective. Tip on nen switch. Ideas ? Otherwise it is a warranty case.

Before sending it in the care of the warranty, take a light and see if there is marc or something else down in the chute for the drip tray. Otherwise warranty.
