Hello dear ones!
I have a Gaggenau CM 250 130 fully automatic coffee maker. During the brewing process, coffee runs into the collection container for the coffee grounds and into the collection tray. Something's gotta be leaking. I have run the descaling program and the cleaning program 3 times each. I have also thoroughly cleaned the brewing unit, checked the seals and then reinstalled them. The problem persists, though. Anybody got an idea?

Hi,

have mine back from BSH service for 5 weeks. The symptoms were the same. It was said: "brewing group and distributor are plugged (sic!), microswitch drive defective,
down listed parts were replaced. We have successfully carried out a function and final test." 269 € repair flat rate. 3 microswitches, 1 overflow and the complete brewing unit were probably replaced. The organizational process by forwarding agency was perfect. But: very variable dispensing quantities afterwards, drip trays constantly full, water container empty. Since today the coffee only drips out of the spout and the cups are only half to one third full, this with setting XXL coffee. Ergo: It is better to remove the machine yourself (2 screws on the pull-out rail and mains plug) and bring it to a local repair shop.

With me the same problem is!

Often I could solve it by removing the part in front from which the coffee runs out to clean this part in. For this I should press with a screwdriver from below in and then the part would be easy to remove. I'm afraid we can't make it. Who has tips?

Good evening, I have the same problem and I wonder : is there a way to access inside the machine, without going to service ?

Greetings and thanks

Hello, I have the same problem, I can't understand where it comes from, I tried to access the inside but after disassembling several parts I'm stuck, and I think that if the water is flowing behind it's a problem...behind. Probably a problem with the connection of the nozzles between the brewing assembly, which comes apart easily, and the rest of the machine.
Has anyone found a solution?
Thanks
