Good day,

on my fully automatic coffee maker CM200-110 from Gaggenau (approx. 4 years old) a leak has formed on the element from which the coffee runs out of two nozzles on the side, so that the coffee now additionally escapes at the bottom of the side. Also, some coffee grounds are leaking.

In Gaggenau devices Jura technology should be used, therefore I have the contribution under "Jura" stopped.

Decalcification and cleaning I have done recently.

Does anyone have an idea how and where to repair the machine at a reasonable price? Is there a good repair service in Bochum and surroundings? Or is it a little something that you may be able to repair yourself?

I don't want to try the Gaggenau service at first. At Gaggenau there are only considerable costs for the travel of the mechanic.

Many thanks in advance for your efforts!

Gaggenau.... mhhh aren't the Bosch/Siemens the same, at least in terms of the brewing system? Does the coffee or water still come out of the 2 jets normally, or does it just drip more or less? Maybe just your spout's clogged.

Hello,
try first to clear the coffee spout with a pipe cleaner or toothpick.

Hello everyone,

thank you for your help.

I just cleaned the nozzles with a small wire skewer. In each nozzle there are four small openings through which the coffee can now escape again. Also the automatic cleaning when switching off the machine works again.

I would never have thought that there was anything to clean here.

I am glad not to have ordered the expensive Gaggenau service directly. Some problems are easy to solve.

Many thanks again and a nice evening!

Worked great for me, too. It's the jets.
