Krups coffee maker

Beating noise or rattling

Hello! I'm desperate but vll someone can help me. My Krups coffee machine heats up normally and right after that comes a loud rattling/beating noise.... as if a gear wheel is spinning...
So to rinse it does not come at all.
Please help!! Kerstin
