Coffee in the grinder constantly lumpy - Krups EA816

Hello folks,

as described above, the coffee powder in my grinder of the Krupsmaschine is constantly clumped and this eventually leads to clogging. I think I have had to clean it for the 3rd time this year.

1. could a new grinder remedy this? It is actually still grinding!

2. could the steam also lead to a clumping of the powder? I have anyway the feeling that in the cup too little liquid ends up.
Somehow 10 ml are missing, which do not end up in the uffangbehälter or the cup. I have times everything before and after weighed. Or is 10ml normal with set 180ml coffee cup???
It only takes 170ml from the water tank. 144ml ends up in the cup. 16ml ends up in the drip tray and 10ml is missing. Could this be due to the flow meter? I tried opening it once but left it alone. I couldn't get it to open.

Do you have any ideas?

Otherwise, the machine is so far tight. No water leaks and the sealing ring on the brewing unit is greased and still in good condition.
