Saecco Prima/Vienna no longer grinds

Hello together,
was here looking for a solution, because my Vienna (almost identical with Prima) started up quite normally, but then despite two green lamps did not grind any coffee at all.
I tried all the tips from the forums with cleaning and switch ... everything brought no success.
It was then the motor of the grinder, which was f´defekt and replaced by me from an old machine then. Another experience at the end... if the plug of the new engine is plugged in the wrong way round, the grinder turns again, but the wrong way round, i.e. the coffee is only scooped, but not ground. Also make sure not to forget the rubber seal between container and grinder when assembling ;-)
