The outlet nozzles are probably blocked. I've had that before. You can clearly see that when you put two cups under it. The filling quantity of the cups is different. Take the nozzle, i.e. the silver part off, let hot water run through for a long time, shake it vigorously. Brown pieces will come out... unfortunately despite cleaning tablet. At least that's how it was with me. If no more coffee comes and the water runs directly into the drip tray, the drainage valve is defective..... Cost according to coffee machine repair shop 300,00 Euro !!!!! Lg. Lady
