Hello,
maybe you can help me. Recently my Delonghi makes a louder noise while making coffee than before. You can really hear that the pump is struggling, because it vibrates a little. Is that normal or is she clogged? Well maybe you have a clue what it can be.

There could be a blockage in the waterway in front of the pump (especially check tank valve and flowmeter).

If there is still a warranty: Better have it picked up, then the defect will be repaired free of charge and the warranty does not expire.
