Hi to the round,

my machine worries me, something is wrong with the water, and I hope someone can help me.

Only minimal water comes out the front when cleaning, otherwise no more coffee (milk works). The water (clear water in my opinion) runs directly inside on the wall into the bowl. Everything cleaned, brewing unit completely disassembled - seals times replaced.

I have photos and videos here (also during operation from inside). Does anyone have any ideas?

I would be grateful help and many greetings

It may be deceiving in the photos....I think but that the "coupling for brewing unit" has a crack.

she actually has ... is glued, on the side (new photo added). Should that matter at this point? What matters is the connection, right?

Unscrew the nozzle that goes into the connection, join the connection, hold one end closed and blow on the other end or create negative pressure with your mouth, then you will see if it is okay.

has worked and is correct. Have made the part wet and blown hard. Then you have the hairline crack detected by small bubbles.

> Exchanged ... works again :-)

Thank you
