Clean brewing unit

Hello, we have a SiemensEQ9 connect s700 for two years.
Brewing unit is cleaned regularly, but now this indicator lights up and despite cleaning it remains , can not turn off the machine .
Does anyone have any idea what it could be.

Please remove the coffee spout and soak it overnight in rinsing water, then clean it and try again. Another possibility would be a kinked hose on the brewing unit.
