Problem with coffee preparation

I need your help,

if I want to make a coffee and press the coffee button the water comes out of the milk frother and the ground coffee falls dry into the coffee grounds container.
What is defective?
I would be very grateful for an answer!

There's the steam valve def, that's only available complete with frother. There is also a conversion kit to Autocappuccinatore.
