Two cups and the machine goes on strike?

She brews one cup, breaks off two cups?

Hello,
I need some help from professionals. I have already repaired a few fully automatic machines for good acquaintances and the family, cleaned or installed sealing kits.

Now I have an AEG Caffamosa 250 (most annoying machine for a long time) from a work colleague. I have already renewed the complete hoses, changed the drive, renewed the transport carriage (which was completely broken through), resealed the thermoblock and pump and freed them from lime, renewed the outlet at the heater (hairline crack), provided the brewing unit with new gaskets and reassembled it cleanly. Of course I also used silicone and silicone spray.

Then I started a test run (before the machine didn't make any noise). On the switch (one cup) it crushes the beans cleanly, presses the powder in the brewing unit together nicely and it comes super coffee from the machine (half cup, about 200ml). Everything's great. Maybe it's just that the amount of water she's pumping through here isn't right. The same attempt with the switch (two cups) the machine grinds the beans for a very long time, then tries to press them in the brewing unit (sounds very tight) and then it breaks off and the coffee powder lands dry in the collection container.

Where or how can I find the right setting for the machine now? Where can I continue now?

Would I really like to get helpful tips.

LG
