Good afternoon. I have a question, the drip tray feels with water although I permanently put a cup under it during the cleaning program, is that normal?

Cleaning program is only a one-time discharge of water it seems to me. I do know that when the machine is switched on and off it also flushes internally to the drip tray. This is normal.

Hi,
this has happened to me a few times.

I ahbe then noticed the following. I have taken out the drip tray and if you then shine a lamp purely you see in the front area of a white plastic with a hole. This drain was dripping even though there was no coffee or anything else going on. I have then times the water tank taken out and behold the dripping stops.

It happened a few times that the drip tray was full or overflowed and the water tank was empty. In order to prevent this, I decalcified it twice in a row with hot water. To date, it is now tight but I'm still looking for the cause.

Hello, has the cause been found why it drips from the white part ? It is the same with me. As soon as the water tank is folded away, the dripping stops. Apparently it is probably the nozzle in the right side wall, where the water tank docks.

Were you ever able to fix the leak on your Siemens Q9/300? I read your post and explanation of the leakage from the white hole. I can't manage to find the cause, maybe YOU managed it at the time?

Thanks in advance
