Mill speed calibration

Group does not complete rotation cycle

Good evening,

I've bought a new group for my Saeco Incanto SUP21 coffee machine, but it needs more rotation (of the part incorporated in the coffee machine) to complete the cycle and let the water enter the group.
How can I calibrate the machine so that it produces more rotation in the group?
