Hello everyone,
we have a problem with our 8 month old above mentioned coffee machine.
My wife wanted to do a descaling (happens very often although she is the only one who drinks 1-2 cups of coffee a day). When the display said "rinse water" or something like that, the machine hung up. Now nothing works at all.
I have then pulled the plug and waited. After plugging it back in, the message came back. I then unplugged the water tank and plugged it back in. Then it counts down one step and says insert filter. Then I press OK and the message Restart device appears. This goes on and on, we are not getting anywhere.
My wife is very sad because coffee is very important to her .
Can someone help us further? We have saved a long time for the 500€ and thought we had a branded device that gives us pleasure for a long time.
In addition, I took out 5 year insurance for the first time as an add on, as if I suspected anything.
Save me and our weekend, so that my wife has her coffee again .
