Problems with MDB payment systems

Does anyone already have experience with payment systems at a Schaerer Coffee Factory? The payment systems are sometimes always hanging up and then you have to wait up to 2 minutes until it works again. Allegedly it is due to a programming of the MDB interface. Does anyone have similar problems? If yes, perhaps also suggestions for solutions?

check which software version is on it (under "I", Service and then 3 steps down
