Krups EA9000 error code 52

Hello and a happy new year,
my Krups EA9000 shows the error code 52.
The hotline only tells me that I should send the device.
Since I have read little good and only from expensive bills,
so I hope that we get together the problem solved.
Does anyone know this problem and can help?
