Hello! I come across the following questions when searching for a suitable descaler:1) Does the Passione descale hot or cold? 2) Is the heating element made of aluminium? 3) May I therefore use descaler with citric acid, e.g. something like this: https:

To be honest... I always used the simple liquid decalcifier with citric acid from dm for 1 Euro, diluted the 250ml decalcifier with 250ml water and then it started... there were never any problems there...

If you're having second thoughts, take Durgol.

The Enkalker of Amazon you saw there I would leave, it is probably strongly perfumed... then you have for days or weeks the smell and taste in the coffee...

There's nothing perfumed, smells like nothing, tastes like nothing. I've been using exactly that for a while now, was just spontaneously insecure because I came across the effect of lemon acid on aluminum...
