siemens eq 7 little milk with a lot of steam

Hello
,with my EQ7 comes almost only steam when preparing milk. The amount of milk is very small. Milk foam does not arise at all.
I have already cleaned and descaled the machine and the milk nozzle.

What else could be the cause?
