Milk froth not working properly

Hi everyone, I need help. We have a coffee machine in the office for about 6 months now and suddenly the milk frother became defective. It releases milk but it doesn’t froth. It’s just warm milk. I tried everything. Descale it with a proper descaler solution, cleaned everything thoroughly, clean the milk system etc but nothing worked. Appreciate if you could help me out on this one.
