Rinsing water runs into catch basin

Hello, I am new to the forum and would like to ask the following question
: My EQ6 completes a rinse cycle when turned on. Instead of the water would run out of the two coffee openings, it flows directly into the up tray.
Device is about 2.5 years old and has about 3500 covers.
Does anyone know the problem or does anyone have a solution?
Also, the drip tray is filled very quickly in further operation.
