No more coffee comes out of the machine

The machine does not give coffee

The machine does everything it needs to do. Grind coffee, press, brew and, yes, and then the water does not run into the cup but into the water collection container without having brewed the coffee. The ground coffee is transported to the pomace container without having been brewed. What happened ? Who can help ?

You do not even name the manufacturer! The exact designation of the machine would be useful.
