Hello, coffee drinker,

I have been using my E6 CLARIS filter cartridges for years and today I just received a new triple pack from Amazon (dealer is Jura).

What I find extremely irritating now is that all three filter cartridges are wet. In the shrink-wrapped foil you can clearly see small drops that are slightly milky. I opened a foil once and you can't smell anything.

I've never had that before and wonder if that can be normal or if I'd rather send them back. Does anyone know anything about that and can help me?
