Brew group can not be pulled out

When cleaning the coffee system, I have to remove the brew group. However, this does not go out. Also the button combination with on / off switch and coffee strength simultaneously hold down, :rolleyes:does not work.
Does anyone have a tip what else I can try?rolleyes.gif
