Nivona CafeRomatica 757 Water container not recognized

Good morning,

hopefully who can help me.

Since this morning our Nivona Nivona CafeRomatica 757 always shows "please refill water".

Water is full though. I already put the tank in and out a few times and took the device off the power. Still doesn't recognize the full tank.

Does anyone know what this can be?

Possibly the float is stuck in the tank, shake the empty tank vigorously.

Most fully automatic machines have a floating magnet in the tank, the position of which is used to determine the water level.

Dress problem I also bekommbes but not hin always shows fill water tank although it is full who can help

Was a solution ever found to fix the please refill water problem? My Nivona machine is showing the same at the moment.

My machine is showing the same thing right now. I have just disassembled it. On the narrow side of the water tank is inside the housing a small circuit board that detects the water level without contact (probably capacitive). I order this now times and install it. Let's see if it fits then (cost about 4 €).

So here is the result. The board came and everything works again. Was not so easy but cheap.
