Descaling the JURA C5

Hello
I wanted to decalcify manually, have previously changed the filter.
Only the C5 shows only HAHN ZU and alternating HAHN ÖFFNEN (determined 50 times !!)
How do I get out of this vicious circle again?
According to the operating instructions, I should somehow be able to switch back to P (program).
Can someone help me?
