F9 does not travel to the stop

My F9 just rattles away.

hoping that someone can help me. The F9n doesn't work at all anymore, already after heating up it doesn't go to the home position but only up and the gearbox doesn't turn back but always up with a strong rattling. Can it be that the encoder is defective?

Check the bracket of the drive motor. It is probably broken.
Must then a new pure or a repair kit for the motor.
At the same time, also revise the brewing unit. The bracket usually breaks because the brewing unit runs hard.
