our Jura Ena Micro seems to have a problem, because after two cups of coffee a small puddle forms under the machine.
When I pull out the drip tray or the device and look into the machine, you can see a small puddle on the floor. It seems that during the brewing process a little water is running past. Not much, because most of it is in the cup, but somehow water seems to accumulate there. Could a hose have ruptured or a plug not be tight?
What else could it be?
I will probably have to open them once, but I wanted to ask in advance if anyone has an idea.
