Noises and no more milk foam

Our Vero Professional 100 is 10 years old and has been running without problems so far.
For some time now, coffee was no longer the norm and
only warm milk was available instead of
frothed milk
.
The machine now has a new pump and a new milk frother
.

The coffee is now hot again and the milk foam

is a little better.
New is a loud noise when pulling water, it sounds like air
is being drawn.
Is it because of the solenoid valve
?
