Hi all, question i have a Siemens EQ6 plus S800 for over a year now, never had any problems until now

about 12 days ago i descaled the machine (with the siemens powder), only after a few times on and off it keeps giving the message: descaling after 20 cups / 10 cups etc.

i tried it again without powder, and a few factory resets but can't get it off.

any ideas or tricks?
