No milk foam with the Siemens EQ9 S300

Before inserting the milk container, push the outlet system all the way down!!! When
the outlet system is at the top, the rubber plug and the hole are not at the same level, leakage occurs and the machine draws the wrong air.
I wish you again much fun with the EQ9.
