Drain bowl Drain??

Hello, my Gaggia Platinum Swing reports when switching on " drip tray emptying" it's empty!
I can't make a cafe, nothing at all... Does anyone have a solution?
I wonder where is the sensor that notices when water accumulates in the tray because I can't find any? Maybe it works like this, all this and so many cafes coming up?
Then there might be a solution to reset the counter?
Problem...I can't find the counter, so I can't try that either.
Can someone please help me?
