For a good 2 months now, I have been constantly getting the message that I need to refill the beans, even though there are enough beans in the machine. The machine then brews, but does not make any coffee, only once the second time. The issue has already been discussed here for 750, where resetting the machine helped. Does anyone know how to do a hard reset on the Nivona 960, I haven't found anything when googling. Who else knows the problem and perhaps knows a solution?

I have a similar problem. Would be grateful for any tips.
