Saeco HD8763 ( Minuto ) No water when descaling

Have for some time the problem that in the descaling program no more water comes out of the coffee spout. From the milk frother already. The machine switches cyclically between the coffee circuit and milk / hot water, but no rinse water comes out of the coffee spout.

Normal coffee / espresso can be obtained, it also comes rinse water when switching on and off. As far as i.O.

Just not when descaling, the water that should actually come out of the coffee spout, then collects only in the drip tray.

That's why I also apparently silt the drain funnel again and again quite enormous. Ergo machine disassemble and funnel disassemble / clean.

The Minuto is about 7 years old and has been replaced so far boiler, brew group, various hoses, as well as the pressure relief valve and also the outlet valve. The connection raccord to the outlet valve is tight. (So does not leak!)

Thinking of a directional valve, but which? It has two if I remember correctly.

Or even something completely different???

Hello, if I'm not mistaken no descaler should come through the coffee spout.
There are cleaning tablets for the coffee path, which are then entered there via the powder compartment when prompted or when cleaning is prompted manually.

So I and my wife have that still vague in the Gedächtniss. Just the symptom that the drip tray must be emptied during descaling was not previously, (is also not in the manual). In the manual is also not where it runs out alternately. Only that you can press pause during descaling to empty the filled container (mind you, the one under the coffee and milk spout). But nothing of the normal drip tray.

At the acquaintance (has Incanto -> identical construction) runs the sauce from both outlets.

Wahrlos now change components is too uneconomical for me, maybe I can check the directional valves, just do not have 48v control voltage at hand.

I have read through the original instructions.
Unfortunately, it does not say where it should come out.

It says: "place a large container (1.5L) under the carafe and the coffee spout. The nozzle of the carafe to the right until the symbol"

Then follows the whole decalcification nonsense, etc..

In between, it is then shown again that the 1.5L container, carafe and drip tray is emptied (????). Ok, maybe you were right then that it does not rinse as we meant.

I let the whole time a few days online. Maybe who still has ne 8763 and can report what.
